The Blues are a superpower in New Zealand rugby union. Formerly the Auckland Blues, the club now represents the Northland, North Harbour and Auckland unions. The Blues have won the Super 14 three times - in 1996, 1997, and 2003 - and have nurtured such greats as Sean Fitzpatrick, Jonah Lomu and Zinzan Brooke to name a few. The Blues' main home ground is Eden Park in Auckland.
